I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic - clean and beautifully decorated, but the shower/hair gels were of limited quality. The service was top-notch with friendly staff that even placed a delivery order for us. The location, although not ideal for all travelers, was good and well connected by public transport. The dining was good, with a variety of options, although seating could be cramped at times.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The rooms, although a little dated, were spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The highlight was the delicious breakfast and the convenience of buying tram/metro tickets at the hotel, which was perfect for my early start the next morning. However, being directly onto the street was a bit noisy at times.
